Vidya Sarthi offers professional digital marketing courses both online and offline.
Our course starts from ₹45,000, depending on the course structure and duration. Our course fee is payable in 3 to 12 easy EMI’s.
These terms apply to all users of our website and participants in our courses.

2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the applicable course fee or an initial installment, as agreed upon during registration.
Each participant must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.
Vidya Sarthi reserves the right to cancel or deny enrollment in cases of false or incomplete information

3. Payment Terms

Fees can be paid via online payment gateways, bank transfers, or other modes specified on the website.
A non-refundable registration fee (included in the total fee) is applicable at the time of enrollment.
Full payment must be made before the course begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

4. Refund Policy

No refund will be provided once the course has commenced.

5. Course Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain decorum during offline sessions and follow the guidelines shared by the instructors for online sessions.
Misconduct, including disruptive behavior or plagiarism, may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and resources provided during the course are the intellectual property of Vidya Sarthi.
Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using course content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Certification

A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who successfully
complete the course and meet attendance and assignment requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vidya Sarthi shall not be held liable for any technical issues, disruptions, or delays in online sessions caused by third-party platforms or internet service providers.
The institute does not guarantee job placement upon course completion but provides assistance where applicable.
Vidya Sarthi will not be responsible for the job placement of any student who fails to submit their work or assignments on time as required by the trainer. Furthermore, the submitted work or assignments must meet satisfactory standards; otherwise, they will not be considered.

9. Privacy Policy

Vidya Sarthi respects your privacy. Personal information collected during enrollment will only be used for course administration and communication purposes.
We do not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms
